This is a very simple, refreshing cooler made with watermelon. The same recipe can be prepared with pomegranate, Orange and even the combination of Watermelon and orange works well and yields a rich flavor. Watermelons/any other melons keep our body hydrated. This cooler can be served along with any family meal.
- First, take the watermelon slices into the mixture and blend it well. You can optionally add Honey along with less than a pinch of salt.
- You can either blend ginger along with watermelon or crush them and place it in a serving glass. Pour the Melon juice.
- Add ice cubes, Mint leaves. You may add soda if you want to make it as mint melon soda.
