Steam carrots along with Apple for 15 minutes. Then puree them in a blender. You can add milk to this puree and serve in case you have introduced milk to your baby.
I have skipped adding Lemon juice and salt intentionally to avoid them for younger babies. Adding Lemon and salt helps to balance the flavour otherwise.
