Instructions
Take milk and water in a pot and add oats along with that. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
Add cumin , salt and chilli along with this and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve it hot.
Notes
This porridge or kanji will be like a soup, you can simmer the milk further to make it thicker. To enhance the flavor, adding schezwan chutney in it is optional.
