Chicken Roll Recipe

Chicken roll is a favorite of everyone from children to adults. Kolkata Special Kathi Roll & the Arabian Special Shawarma Roll comes to my mind as I think of rolls. There can be no one who doesn’t like it. This is also a tastier roll like that, but a little easier to make. It can be prepared in less than 30 minutes by keeping the ingredients ready. This is a kind of comfort roll as I have used available ingredients at home.
In this roll I used tortilla wraps. But I am sure this equally tastes better when made with left over chapati. If you do not want mayonnaise, please replace with hung curd. You can take the stuffing idea from here and modify it with Capsicum, Mushroom, Sweet corn and lettuce as you like.

  • 500 Gms Boneless Chicken
  • 3 tbsp Peri-Peri Masala
  • Salt As Needed
  • Bread Crumbs Little
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 6 Tortilla
  • As Needed Cabbage Finely Chopped
  • As Needed Onion Sliced
  • As Needed Mayonnaise
  • As needed Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste


  • Marinate Chicken Pieces with Peri-Peri Masala, Ginger Garlic Paste, Curd And Salt for about 30 minutes to 45 minutes
