Apple Carrot Puree

Needless to say the health benefits of apples and Carrots. These red and orange beauties make up a delicious mid-meal or a snack. After checking the baby's tolerance towards this fruit and vegetable start combining them as per your creativity. Apple and carrot puree are so refreshing and energizing.

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Apple


  • Steam carrots along with Apple for 15 minutes. Then puree them in a blender. You can add milk to this puree and serve in case you have introduced milk to your baby.


I have skipped adding Lemon juice and salt intentionally to avoid them for younger babies. Adding Lemon and salt helps to balance the flavour otherwise.
