Firstly, take the urad dal in a pan and roast it until it releases an aroma, and then cool it down. Grind and sieve the urad flour.
In a bowl, take rice flour, Urad flour, sugar, butter, salt, hing, sesame seeds and pour coconut milk little by little and knead. Knead it as a soft and smooth dough and leave it for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan, Start squeezing murukku gently on the oil and allow it to fry until the oil sizzling sound stops.
