Coconut Milk Murukku Recipe | How to make coconut milk murukku
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Rice flour
- 1/4 Cup Urad flour
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup Coconut milk
- Sesame – a little
- Dry Ginger – a little
- Oil for Deep frying
- Salt as needed
Instructions
- Firstly, take the urad dal in a pan and roast it until it releases an aroma, and then cool it down. Grind and sieve the urad flour.
- In a bowl, take rice flour, Urad flour, sugar, butter, salt, hing, sesame seeds and pour coconut milk little by little and knead. Knead it as a soft and smooth dough and leave it for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, take a portion of the dough in the murukku maker and keep it ready.
- Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan, Start squeezing murukku gently on the oil and allow it to fry until the oil sizzling sound stops.
